The Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Team (MeT) may revise and update the Terms and Conditions of Use at any time by posting the amended terms and conditions to this Web portal. The MeT's Communities of Practice (CoP) page also provides member profile data (name, city, state, job title, and workplace) to other members through its online profile directory. You must agree to use portal directory information only for individual, personal, and confidential reference purposes. You must agree not to use this directory, in whole or in part, for mailing lists, solicitations, or other commercial purposes.
